Guess who’s joining forces for a little creative magic?
Clayful Pottery Studio’s ceramic teacher Clare and Renewed Perspectives’ Creative Arts Therapist Sarah are coming together to host a special Autumn Equinox grounding event. A gentle and meaningful way to farewell summer and welcome the turning of the season.
As the days shift and the air cools, the Autumn Equinox invites us to pause, reflect, and reconnect. This intimate evening blends the earthy, hands-on magic of clay with the soulful, reflective practice of Soul Collage.
Sarah will gently hold space through creative arts therapy practice Soul Collage, supporting reflection, self-expression, and mindful connection whilst Clare will guide you in creating with clay, shaping and forming with intention. Together, we’ll create a warm and welcoming environment where you can:
Explore Soul Collage as a reflective practice. Looking back on your summer, honouring what was, and gently setting intentions for the season ahead as you welcome Autumn.
Slow down. Ground yourself through clay. Take the insights and “Autumn knowings” from your Soul Collage and gently distil them into a single, meaningful intention. Then craft a clay magnet as a tangible reminder. Something to hold, see, and return to.Carrying that intention with you throughout the season
Connect with others in a supportive space
Honour the seasonal transition
This is a grounding event designed to nourish your creativity, your soul, and give you the chance to try something new in a safe, supportive environment.
