MY SENSORY IDENTITY
A playful, practical look at how your senses shape your energy, your focus, and your sense of self.
Ever wondered why certain textures make your skin crawl, why you crave the smell of rain, why sitting still feels impossible, or why loud rooms leave you completely wiped?
You're not being "too much" or "too sensitive." You're wired a certain way — and once you understand how, everything starts to make a lot more sense.
This session is an invitation to get curious about your own sensory world. Whether you've noticed patterns your whole life, or you're only just connecting the dots (hello, late-diagnosed adults), this is a warm, judgement-free space to explore what makes you you.
Most of us grew up learning about five senses. Turns out, there are eight — and the extra three might explain a lot.
Together, we'll unpack:
The 8 senses (yes, eight — we'll introduce the ones nobody told you about)
What sensory input you naturally seek out
What you avoid or limit to feel okay
What you're quietly missing that could help you feel more regulated and grounded
How sensory experiences either top up or drain your energy every single day
Notice they seek out or avoid certain textures, foods, movement, sounds, or environments
Are late-diagnosed (autism, ADHD, or otherwise) and piecing together their own profile
Want practical self-understanding, not just theory
A practical, reflective session — part learning, part self-discovery — designed to leave you with a clearer picture of your own sensory profile, and simple ways to use that knowledge in daily life. No prior knowledge needed. Just curiosity.
REDISCOVERING MYSELF THROUGH LEGO
A playful, reflective session for adults
Somewhere between adulting, deadlines, and doing all the "right" things, it's easy to lose touch with what you actually want. This session is a chance to find your way back — not through talking it to death, but through building.
There's something about working with our hands that lets the thinking mind step back. When we stop trying to figure it out and start building instead, quieter, more honest insights have room to surface — the kind that get drowned out when we're overthinking.
Over two hours, using nothing more than Lego and a few guided prompts, we'll explore:
What matters most to you right now
Where you're actually at, underneath the surface
What needs to shift, shed, or change
Where you feel quietly called to head next
This isn't a Lego-building class, and you don't need to be creative, crafty, or "good at" building. You just need to be willing to play a little and see what your creations reveal.
Great for you if you're feeling:
Stuck, flat, or like you're going through the motions
Ready to think about what's next — for you, or for 2027
Curious, but not really up for another talking-heavy workshop
No experience needed. Just come as you are, and see what you build.
Spaces are limited (min 4, max 10) — register early to secure your place.

GRADE 6 TO YEAR 7 TRANSITION GROUP
A small-group program supporting anxious Grade 6 students as they prepare for the leap into Year 7.
Starting high school can bring up a lot of big feelings — new friendships, a much bigger school, peer pressure, and the fear of getting lost (literally and figuratively).
This 3-week program gives students a safe, supportive space to explore what's coming and build real confidence before the transition begins.
Drawing on my experience as a primary teacher, Year 7 Transition Officer, and creative arts therapist, I'll guide students through:
Showing up as who they are — building confidence in their own identity
Finding their people — navigating new friendships and social groups
Asking for help — knowing who to turn to and how
What to do when it all feels like too much — practical tools for overwhelm and anxiety
Through creative, engaging activities, students leave with real strategies — not just reassurance — for walking into Year 7 feeling ready.
Spaces are limited (min 4, max 10) — register early to secure your child's place.
